Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from Ligamentlife may be returned or exchanged. We aim to handle all return requests fairly and transparently in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand).

Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You have proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order details:

  • Email us at infocenter@ligamentlife.world with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide return instructions and a return address within two business days.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item differs in price, we will arrange the appropriate adjustment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of this return policy.
